Refund window

You may request a refund within a reasonable period of your purchase if the service does not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved by support.

How to request a refund

Contact us over WhatsApp or at contact@vikingiptv.us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to fix it first; if that is not possible, a refund is issued to your original payment method.

Exception for started digital content

Because access is delivered instantly and streaming begins as soon as credentials are activated, refund requests made well after activation and extended use are handled case by case rather than automatically.

Standard vs Premium

Refunds apply the same way to both tiers; switching from Standard to Premium (or back) at renewal is not a refund event.
